Box #38 (25 lbs. 6 oz., with 2 heavy brown banana box papers & plastic sheeting from banana box)

STACKED BABY STACKED; Spring 2003; 4 pieces stacked are 14 1/2″x 13 1/2″x 11 1/4″. Top piece is a black paperboard box marked “fragile” with small yellow post-it stating “find xerox copy of bathroom installation (8 1/2″x 11″)” attached, inside are 2 plastic bags containing a styrofoam coffee cup (used by a famous artist and then purposely left in my studio), coffee residue, sugar, paper sugar packet, plastic lid, wooden stirrer; it is 4″x 8 5/8″x 7 3/4″. Second from the top is a white cotton towel folded in twelfths; it is 2 1/2″x 11 3/4″x 9″ (24″x 46″ unfolded). Third from top piece is a booklet with 1 – 3″x 5″ blank index card and 11 sheets of paper, 8 1/2″x 11″ each, held together by a smallish metal clip; described inside are “Conrad’s Cup”, “26 periodicals”, and “52 nearly consecutive copies of Sacramento News & Review”. The bottom piece is a bundle of 52 nearly consecutive copies of Sacramento News & Review, bound with masking tape, string, black upholstery thread, and is 8″x 13 1/2″x 11 1/4″.
